Location of Krabi Muay Thai Stadiums

Thai boxing stadiums are located in different areas of the province, so you might decide to visit one that is in the most convenient location for you.

The location of Ao Nang Landmark Muay Thai Stadium is the most convenient for the majority of travelers, as the stadium is located at Ao Nang Landmark Night Market, next to Ao Nang’s Noppharat Thara Beach.

Ao Nang Krabi Muay Thai Stadium is located nearby Doo Dee Boutique Resort, just about 500 meters away from Ao Nang Landmark Muay Thai Stadium and the beach.

The location of Krabi International Boxing Stadium is about 3.7 km away from Ao Nang Beach, making it less convenient unless you are staying at one of the accommodations far away from the beach, such as Aonang Eco Villa or Pinthong Aonang Villa.

Other Muay Thai venues in Krabi Province are found on the island of Koh Lanta. Lanta Boxing Stadium is located in the Khlong Dao Beach area, opposite Holiday Villa, Lanta. If you are staying in the Long Beach area, visiting William Muay Thai Stadium is more convenient, as the venue is located near the exceptional Lanta Sand Resort & Spa.

Facilities at Krabi Muay Thai stadiums

Facilities at Krabi Muay Thai stadiums vary quite a lot.

Ao Nang Landmark Muay Thai Stadium is a new stadium with air conditioning, where you will find a fighting ring and seats in good condition.

Able to fit up to 1,500 spectators, Ao Nang Krabi Stadium is the largest boxing stadium in Krabi. The stadium is older and a bit worn out but is frequently visited by locals.

Krabi International Boxing Stadium is a small Muay Thai venue catering to tourists. It can get really hot, as there’s no air conditioning and the number of fans is limited.

Both venues in Koh Lanta are quite basic but have everything you need for a nice evening with Muay Thai fight night.

Seating at Krabi Muay Thai Stadiums

All stadiums in Krabi have standard seat and ringside seat options, while some of them are also offering VIP seats with additional perks that should provide greater comfort.

Standard seats in Krabi Muay Thai stadiums are in the grandstand, but as stadiums are not that large, all seats are close enough to see the ring well. The comfort of the seats varies, but the bleacher seats at Krabi International Boxing Stadium are hard and can be very uncomfortable to spend 2-3 hours on.

Ao Nang Krabi Stadium is currently not offering standard seats for tourists, so there you can only choose from ringside and VIP seats. Most probably it’s because the standard seats here are reported to be in deplorable condition.

At all stadiums, the ringside seats are closer to the ring and offer more comfort than the standard ones. You are normally getting a cushioned chair in one of the rows nearest to the ring.

VIP seats at Krabi boxing stadiums are usually sofas and come with additional perks, such as free t-shirts or beer.
